About the Role
Propellic is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to own performance strategy and day-to-day optimization across Google, Meta, and programmatic campaigns. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, managing full-funnel paid media programs, testing creative ideas, and embedding AI-driven tools into everyday workflows. This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for an agency-trained operator who thrives on driving measurable impact, exploring new technology, and experimenting with new ways to help clients grow.
What You’ll Do
- Lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms, ensuring full-funnel strategy and accurate execution 
- Serve as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, communicating results and insights clearly and proactively 
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align messaging, targeting, and performance data 
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation (Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, dynamic creative optimization) to improve efficiency and ROI 
- Continuously test and pilot new ad formats, workflows, and tools, documenting and scaling what works 
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing by bringing new ideas, frameworks, and innovations to internal discussions 
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns launched on time with accurate setup, tracking, and testing 
- Measurable improvements in ROI, efficiency, and retention across managed accounts 
- AI and automation integrated into daily campaign management 
- Clients view you as a proactive, trusted partner who helps them grow 
Who You Are
- 5–8 years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency environment 
- Strong fluency across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) 
- Passionate about AI and automation and eager to experiment with new tools 
- Analytical thinker who translates data into clear, actionable insights 
- Curious, collaborative, and adaptable, with a genuine love for solving new problems and sharing what you learn 
- Travel industry experience is a plus but not required 
- Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
