About the Founder

Luke helps visionary founders design lean, high-performing teams and talent pipelines, drawing on his experience as a serial founder, operator, and people leader. Before launching Jethire in 2023, he co-founded and scaled Extenteam, growing it from zero to $5M ARR in under three years. His career spans media, research, consulting, and entrepreneurship, with leadership roles at Skift, Phocuswright, and SAP Ariba. A cross-functional leader fluent in three languages, Luke holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife and son. Outside of work, Luke is also an experienced yoga teacher, a practice that shapes his approach to people, purpose, and leadership.
